1. Digital Products and Services
– Purchases of online courses, batches, and services are not eligible for a refund.
– If you accidentally enroll in the wrong batch or service, you may request a change to another batch of the same amount within 10 days of purchase.
2. Physical Products (Books)
– Damaged or lost items due to courier handling are eligible for a replacement.
– If the product cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or refusal by the student, no refund or replacement will be issued.
– A 3-day refund policy applies from the purchase date and time for physical items only.
-Once The Refund Is Accepted By Our End The Amount Will Credited To Your Bank Account Within 24 to 48 Business Hours
